We begin with a discovery session to define your business, audience and project goal.
I then present an initial direction for the creative approach.
Once the direction is agreed, execution proceeds in stages with a review at the end of each one.
The scope of work is clearly defined in the proposal before we start.
Every project includes two free rounds of revisions within the agreed direction.
Anything outside that scope, or a full change of direction, is quoted and agreed before execution.
A clear timeline is set before work begins and I commit to it.
Meeting deadlines depends on receiving your feedback and materials on time.
If feedback is delayed by more than a week, the delivery schedule is rearranged.
Fifty percent of the project value is paid upfront and the balance on final delivery.
Full ownership of the final designs transfers to you once payment is complete.
I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
All information and files you share are treated as strictly confidential.
No data is shared with any third party at any stage.
A formal non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request.
